Mytesi Copay Savings Card Program Terms, Conditions, & Eligibility
To the Patient:

Most eligible commercially insured patients may pay as little as $0 for Mytesi® (crofelemer), regardless of days of therapy dispensed, subject to the restrictions below. The Mytesi copay savings card is valid for no more than one use per month and must then be renewed annually.

To be eligible for the Mytesi Copay Savings Program (“Program”), a patient must:

have a valid prescription for Mytesi® (crofelemer), 125-mg delayed-release tablets;
-
have commercial insurance through their employer or private commercial insurance;

be a US Resident (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and other US Territories);
-
be 18 years of age or older.

Patients with questions about the Program should call the NapoCares™ patient support program at +1 (888) 527-6276, available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time.
To the Pharmacist:

For commercially insured patients, process a Coordination of Benefits (COB/split bill) claim using the patient’s prescription insurance for the PRIMARY claim. Submit a SECONDARY claim using BIN: 610020.

Restrictions:
Patients who are enrolled in government-funded prescription drug programs, including, but not limited to Medicare Part D and Medicaid, or are uninsured are not eligible for the Program. This offer may not be combined with any other coupon, discount, prescription savings card, free trial, or any other offer. The selling, purchasing, trading, or counterfeiting of this card is prohibited. Offer only good in the United States. Void where prohibited by law. Napo Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or amend this offer without notice at any time.
Mobile Terms and Conditions:
These Mobile Terms and Conditions apply when you give prior express consent to receive text messages from Napo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Napo”) at the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide subject to the Terms and Conditions described below.

You will receive no more than five (5) messages per month.

There is no fee payable to Napo Pharmaceuticals to receive text messages; however, your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.

Registration for, and use of, this text messaging service is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Napo Pharmaceuticals, Inc., or its affiliates.

Data obtained from you in connection with your registration for, and use of, this text messaging service will be used to provide updates and alerts about the Mytesi Copay Savings program and benefits such as information about your Mytesi prescription refill reminders, disease-state information, and NapoCares patient support programs.

The information communicated through this text messaging service is not intended to make a diagnosis or to take the place of talking to a healthcare professional.

Napo does not guarantee the successful delivery of text messages by your wireless provider. Messages sent by text may not be delivered if the mobile device is not in range of a transmission site or the network is down. Factors beyond the power of wireless carriers may get in the way of message delivery. This may include the terrain, how close you are to buildings, foliage, weather, or equipment capabilities. Napo and your wireless provider will not be liable for losses or damages that come from:

a message not delivered, a message delivered late; or

a message that goes to the wrong number; or

inaccurate or incomplete content in a text message.

Napo is not liable for your use or reliance on the content of any text message.

Please update Napo right away if your mobile number changes. It is your responsibility to give the correct mobile number and to update any changes. If you don’t provide your new mobile number to Napo, Napo is not responsible for any text message sent to the wrong number.

Additional terms and conditions regarding your registration for, and use of, this text messaging service may be provided to you in the future as part of an opt-in confirmation text message.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by California law, without reference to its rules regarding choice of law.
Opting Out:
You can opt out of future text messages by texting STOP to +1 (984) 205-4449 from your mobile phone. After sending “STOP” to us, Napo may send you a message to confirm that you no longer want to get text messages from that program. After this, you will no longer get text messages from Napo’s text messaging program. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and Napo will start sending text messages to you again.
Privacy and Security:
